Non-copper Coated Welding Wire
The non-copper coated welding wire is a kind of welding wire whose surface has been treated with special technology. By omitting the copper plating process, pollution is reduced and welders can prevent themselves from the fog that container copper. It is a new product that can protect the Earth’ environment as well as human health.
1.Reliable arc stability
The average drop short-circuit frequency is shorter than that of copper coated welding wire. It can bear the drastic changes in the stick out length of welding wire.
2.Low Spatters
Droplet at the tip of welding wire is small which makes spatter low. Spatter quantity would be under control even welding with a large current.
3.Wild suitable range of welding current and voltage.
4.Stable feedability
When welding, the welding torch almost does not vibrate and there is no plug caused by copper scraps which guarantees a long and stable feedability.
5.Good performance of restrike
When the arc is cut, there will be no big round droplet at the tip of welding wire. The diameter of droplet is small and restrike is easy.
6.Excellent anti-rusty performance
Due to the new surface treatment technology, without copper coating, we can achieve a better anti-rusty performance than the copper coated welding wire.
7.Little smoke
Operating environment can be much more improved because without copper coating, there is almost no copper fog. Therefore, the output of total smoke is reduced.
